Another swim this morning and thinking that just writing about the swim would be boring. But, thank goodness, something funny happened. I will be wearing a pair of water shoes after the swim when I run up to the transition area at Harvey’s. The water shoes don’t have much support for my feet so yesterday I bought some of those inserts that you cut to size and put into your shoes. This morning was the first time that I ran with the inserts. They felt great! Running back to the car I noticed that there were little spots of something that looked like whipped cream on the street where I was running. Weird, but I didn’t think anything about it. But when I got back to the car I looked down and my shoes were foaming! Lots of white foam bubbling out from my toes. What was that? Maybe it is something they put in the inserts to help reduce odor that gets activated with water. Who knows. But when I thought about getting foam inserts, bubbling foam was not what I meant. So today I had mad dog feet! Until next time,
